We are charting a course towards a zero-waste future, guided by global standards and a clear commitment to decarbonisation. In 2025, we responsibly managed 85% of our waste and established our first complete emissions baseline—key milestones in building a cleaner tomorrow.

2001-2004

The Beginning

PAC Districentre Pte Limited is incorporated in Singapore, starting operations with a focus on delivering innovative supply chain, order fulfilment, distribution with 10000 SQM of warehousing space.

2005–2015

Expanding Horizons

Established Marine logistics service portfolio covering ship spares & on-board deliveries in global port locations.

Expanded operations across Asia with presence in Indonesia involving ship agency, repairs and Marine engineering.

2016–2020

Technology & Global Reach

Opened state-of-the-art fabrication and workshop facilities in Batam and Johor Bahru.

Incorporated PAC Ocean Solutions B.V. (The Netherlands, 2020) to strengthen European operations.

2021–2023

Future-Ready Growth

Enhanced focus on sustainable Marine solutions and eco-conscious technologies.

Introduced advanced engineering and digital solutions such as IoT-enabled monitoring, shore-power connections, and energy-efficient retrofits.

Adopted international safety and quality certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

Expanded operations across Asia with presence in Hong Kong, India, UAE and The Netherlands

Incorporated PAC Ocean Solutions Limited. (UK, 2023), expanding presence into Europe with a London base.

2023–2024

Quality-Driven Approach

Secured continuous contracts for deploying our skilled Riding Squad on board a fleet of LNG vessels.

Riding Squad also engaged in a number of jobs on the world’s largest container vessels for retrofit, cosmetic upgrade, and project-related activities.

Our Singapore workshop team had the opportunity to be part of FSRU conversion and PowerShip retrofit projects which includes man-power, fabrication, steel works at one of Singapore’s largest shipyards.

Expanded our Operations Support team in Manila and Yangon

Sustainability Partnerships

Signed global sales partnership with Seacoat SCT for SEA-SPEED hull coating technology, furthering commitment to greener shipping.
